rate facilities, certified teachers, the smartest technology, a
large art and music program, and a full athletic
program...OR....send their child to the Christian School. In
other words, in too many cases... a Christian education OR a
program which has the resources to offer everything needed for
children to reach their full potential...public education.
We at Teays Valley
Christian School are determined to provide the parents and
families of our community with a better choice! Christian
education AND the resources necessary to achieve excellence.
Christian schools have traditionally excelled in character
development and academics; Teays Valley Christian is no
different. However, our school is reaching for excellence in all
areas so that ALL STUDENTS have access to reaching their full
potential in a Biblically based Christian environment. The days
of having to choose between Christian values and full potential
are over!
A major step to meet this
grand vision is the building of our new 18,500 square foot
school addition. A facility expansion that includes a state of
the art media center/computer lab for grades k-12, a huge
multi-purpose room available to grades k-12, a new
administrative area, seven new elementary classrooms for grades
k-6 and minor remodeling of our existing facility adding another
secondary classroom and art room. The new facility is designed
to enable the entire school population to be under one roof,
facilitating improvement in school safety and security,
convenience to students and parents, and overall school
effectiveness. Reaching this goal of facility improvement does
not increase our enrollment...it impacts our ability to be
excellent! We are making a huge investment for added quality
with the major emphasis being to deliver stronger service to our
present constituency rather than growing our student population!

Teays Valley Christian
School has been a fixture in our community for the past twenty
five years. Our facility expansion is another step for a
progressive institution in meeting the needs of Christian
families in this area and impacting the entire community in a
positive manner educationally and economically.

Why not?? God has entrusted us with this call and we intend,
with His help, to answer that call.
