Welcome Our NEW Soccer Coach

⚽️⚽️ We are Excited to Announce that God has brought in Coach Joshua Webb to TVCS to lead and develop our soccer program! ⚽️⚽️

There will be an ALL Level interest meeting this Friday, July 17, 2026 at 530pm to meet Coach Webb and gauge interest in both the Middle School (5th-8th) and High School (9th-12th). This is Coed. Help us Welcome Coach Webb!

Joshua Webb is the Founder and President of Putnam United FC and brings more than a decade of youth soccer coaching experience to Teays Valley Christian School. He holds the US Youth Soccer National D Coaching License along with USYS Grassroots Licenses in 4v4, 7v7, 9v9, and 11v11. A lifelong student of the game, Joshua played competitive soccer in Virginia, South Carolina, and West Virginia before dedicating himself to developing the next generation of players.

Professionally, Joshua earned both a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a Master of Healthcare Administration from Marshall University. He has spent more than 15 years as an operations executive in the long-term care pharmacy industry, has authored multiple peer-reviewed professional publications, and is the founder of Die is Gain Apparel, a Christian lifestyle brand. He is also the author of Stuck in Pause, a Christian book encouraging men to pursue biblical purpose and faithful leadership.

Joshua and his wife, Amanda, have two children, McKinlee and Ashton, who both compete in competitive youth soccer. The Webb family are members of First Baptist Church of Hurricane and are passionate about using soccer as a ministry to develop young men and women in faith, character, and excellence. His life verse is Philippians 1:21, "For to me to live is Christ, and to die is gain."
