Retreats

Each early fall, students in grades 6–12 at Teays Valley Christian School step away from their daily routines for a powerful time of connection, growth, and spiritual renewal at our annual Fall Spiritual Retreat.
Our retreats are held either at the Howell's Mill Christian Assembly Camp in Ona, WV or Camp Appalachia, a ministry of The Bridge Church. This overnight experience is designed to strengthen students’ faith and deepen relationships within our school community.

Throughout the retreat, students hear from engaging guest speakers, participate in meaningful devotion times, and gather around the bonfire for worship and reflection. The schedule also includes team-building activities, athletic events, and plenty of social time, allowing students to build lasting friendships while growing closer to Christ. With our caring staff faithfully chaperoning and investing in students throughout the experience, the Fall Spiritual Retreat is a memorable and impactful highlight of the school year.
